Cumbria Cricket Limited (CCL) is excited to announce some organisational changes, designed to ensure that it is perfectly positioned to deliver its fundamental objectives going forward.
This strategic move is designed to better position the company to deliver its county-wide cricket responsibilities in line with the national objectives of cricket’s governing body, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
The new organisational structure sees a new role established as Head of Performance (Male & Female). This key position will be undertaken David Fallows.
Service delivery will be underpinned through our four regional Cricket Development Officers (CDOs), who will each also now take a lead functional role focussing on female cricket, cricket in schools, supporting national programmes and clubs, and supporting our huge volunteer network across the county. The four regional CDOs and their ‘lead’ responsibilities are:
- Fraser Conn – Carlisle and Eden – Schools Lead
- Adam Hornby – Kendal and South Lakes – Female Lead
- Matthew Sempill – West Cumbria – National Programmes and Clubs Lead
- Nathan Waterston – Barrow and South-West Cumbria – Volunteer Network Lead
