The Cumbria Cricket Plan builds on the format and aims of the ECB National Strategy for W&G Cricket adapted to the needs of our county. It follows consultation with ECB representatives and falls in line with other National County pathways based on current funding and facilities available. Coach education and County Board are included in the process.
