Our Women’s and Girls’ Development Officer, Meg Lewis, has written a blog for the England and Wales Cricket Board on the strength and potential of female cricket.
Meg was invited to write a blog by the ECB and share her thoughts on the growth of Women and Girls cricket in Cumbria, and particularly the impact she is able to have in her new role as Women and Girls Development Officer.
Meg successfully applied for this role after winning last year’s Metro Bank Champion of Girls Cricket Award.
