The training dates for age groups ranging from U11 to U15 have been confirmed in Barrow, Carlisle and East, Kendal and South Lakes, and West Cumbria
All sessions are based on fun with technical and game-based coaching.
All players should be a drink and wear club kit.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
The training programme in each area begins the week commencing Monday 13th January.
