We were thrilled to begin our Early Engagement Programme (EEP) in Kendal on Wednesday, with the first session setting a fantastic tone for what’s to come.
The programme is designed to introduce young players (aged 8-12) to cricket in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Each session lasts 90 minutes, is completely free, and includes a snack for every participant.
Adam Hornby, our Cricket Development Officer, said: “This was a really good start to this new scheme. The boys had lots of fun playing cricket-based activities, and it was great to see lots of laughter and smiles from all.”
