Our Cumbrian Way session at Sedbergh School on Sunday 27th October will help you improve all aspects of your coaching.
If you’re a pathway coach, district coach or club coach, make sure you take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to work with experienced professional coaches, who will be on hand to help you work on perfecting your coaching skillset for bowling, batting and fielding through our Cumbrian Way coaching philosophy.
The Cumbrian Way philosophy has helped produce talented players for both county and international level.

James Anyon
Following a career where he took over 300 wickets in just over 100 first class matches to his name, James is now Director of Cricket at Sedbergh School.
Chris Benbow
Chris has 20 years cricket coaching experience, including for the England Women’s Development programme, and is now Head of Talent Pathway at Lancashire CCC.
Daniel Salpietro
Australian Daniel Salpietro recently played as a professional for Lowerhouse Cricket Club and has a great history in the Lancashire League, scoring 1937 runs at an average of 55 with a high score of 121* during his two seasons with Rishton.
David Fallows
Cumbria Cricket Head of Performance (Male & Female) is responsible for ensuring all players across Cumbria can reach their potential. His experience stretches from school level to working for the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Richard Ellwood
A former long-serving player for Cumberland in Minor Counties cricket, Richard has vast experience in the game and famously bowled out Test cricket greats Graham Gooch and Mark Waugh in One Day competition.
